The Mason Creek Community Center offers residents of
Mason Creek Utility District and Nottingham Country a
quality meeting place and opportunities to participate in
different types of activities, including sports, family events
and other group activities.
The main building of the community center has two rental
rooms, the Main Ball Room and the Houghton Room. The
Main Ball Room is complete with a full size caterer’s service
kitchen, integrated sound system complete with wireless
microphones, dance floor with disco ball, bar area with ice
bin and room to seat a very large crowd. The room also
has offers a covered patio with slate flooring, outdoor
furniture and a view of the facility’s three outdoor pools.
The Houghton Room offers a much smaller space
comfortable for
crowds of 30 or less, perfect for small meetings or family
parties.
This room also has a small kitchen that includes a microwave,
oven, range top, refrigerator plus tables and chairs for seating
your
group.
The Mason Creek Community Center features three pools
including a large swimming pool, a diving pool and small
wade pool
for small children. Significant investments have been made in
recent years to ensure that the pools are in the best condition
possible for the enjoyment of Mason Creek residents. The
large
pool is equipped with lane markers. These lane markers are
used
in part by our very active local youth swim team. The dive well
features a brand new aluminum diving board that is one of the
best
designs available for public use. The wade pool is equipped
with an
interactive water feature that provides a large waterfall when a
wheel is turned.

The tennis court complex at the Mason Creek Community
Center
includes eight (8) professional grade courts complete with
wind
screens, restrooms, bleachers and an active group of men and
women leagues. A program to resurface at least two courts
each
year ensures that court surfaces remain in top condition and
provide the best playing surface.
Recent renovations include all new sidewalks, shaded
buildings,
sitting tables, new wind screens, new fencing in several areas
plus
a new irrigation system to provide adequate landscaping and
much
more.

available at Mason Creek Utility District office for a refundable
deposit of $25. Non-residents of Mason Creek can obtain
access
through a $350 annual user fee plus key deposit.
