Stranger Danger Incident
The following incident was reported to the Katy ISD police
department:


Date/Time Occurred: 13 Feb 2006 / 3:00 p.m.
Type of Incident: Suspicious Person
Investigating Agency: Katy ISD Police
Case Report No.: 060613

Location Occurred: Bus stop at the corner of Lavenderwood and
Raintree Village Drive (Raintree Village Subdivision)
Schools Nearby: Franz Elementary, Morton Ranch Jr. High and Morton
Ranch Sr. High


Suspect Description: Hispanic male, 20-30 years old, wearing
sunglasses.


Vehicle Description: An older model van, possibly Ford Econoline,
light brown to khaki in color on the top half, with darker brown
stripes all along the lower half.


Incident Details: Two female junior high school students reported
that the van and man described above, on at least three occasions,
drove by slowly and stared at them in a manner that made them feel
uncomfortable. The man never said anything; he just stared and drove
away.
